    Orange County Asian Committee Seeks Artists for Asian American Heritage Month Art Contest

    ORANGE COUNTY, FL – The Orange County Asian Committee invites Central Florida artists to participate in the Asian-Inspired Art Contest in partnership with the Orange County Arts and Cultural Affairs Office and Orange County Public Schools.

    Selected artwork will be showcased during Orange County’s annual Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month celebration starting on May 1, 2025, at the Orange County Administration Building, 201 S. Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.

    An awards ceremony will take place on May 19, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.

    The contest consists of four age groups: ages 5-9, ages 10-14, ages 15-17, and adults over 18. All submissions must include the title of the piece, the medium and the dimensions, a digital picture for each work of art, and an artist statement. Application forms can be found at ocfl.net/OCACArtContest2025. The application deadline is April 14, 2025.
