As per a binding agreement with Katra Phytochem (India), Katra Holdings, Katra Holding, and Ramesh Vangal, Katra Holdings will transfer a 14.96% stake (18 lakh shares) in Kerala Ayurveda to Authum Investment at Rs 558.65 per share.

Additionally, Katra Holding will transfer 27 lakh shares, and Katra Phytochem will allot 1.15 crore shares (representing a total 60.95% stake) in Katra Phytochem to Authum Investment at Rs 171.5 per share.

Authum Investment & Infrastucture was quoting at Rs 2,628.15, down Rs 2.20, or 0.08 percent.

It has touched an intraday high of Rs 2,675.00 and an intraday low of Rs 2,628.15.

It was trading with volumes of 5,311 shares, compared to its five day average of 46,630 shares, a decrease of -88.61 percent.

In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.44 percent or Rs 38.45 at Rs 2,630.35.

The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,741.25 and a 52-week low of Rs 961.60 on 25 June, 2025 and 23 July, 2024, respectively.

Currently, the stock is trading 4.13 percent below its 52-week high and 173.31 percent above its 52-week low.

Market capitalisation stands at Rs 44,637.84 crore.
