YungChing Realty Group wins Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2024 with AI-powered chat service

    Published on

The i-Assistant tool provides consumers with property-searching services 24/7.

YungChing Realty Group, the prestigious real estate company in Taiwan, emerged victorious at the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2024 for its introduction of “i-Assistant,” a virtual real estate agent chat service that acts as a real estate agent’s digital partner in offering prompt consultations to clients 24 hours a day without delay.

There are four main features in YungChing Realty Group’s i-Assistant: AI-driven property-searching, simultaneous involvement by multiple decision-makers, integrated human-AI real estate consultation, and automation of primary customer services.

Firstly, YungChing’s i-Assistant utilises AI predictive models and conducts in-depth analysis of customer needs and housing preferences through extensive data analysis. During the agent’s service process, the AI virtual partner automatically recommends the houses to clients. It identifies the best-matched houses that meet the customer’s requirements as soon as the new houses are listed. It also provides customers with the latest updates on the houses, assisting them in making more effective purchase decisions. Customers can also adjust their property preferences within the i-Assistant, and the AI will generate new property recommendations accordingly, making the house-searching process more flexible.

Secondly, the i-Assistant service seamlessly integrates with existing communication software, Line, allowing customers to easily search for properties directly within the communication app and seek assistance from the real estate agent. It also leverages Line’s functions to allow every decision-maker in the client’s family to join the “i-Assistant” chat group. This enables them to synchronously receive all property information and facilitates multi-party discussions amongst family members, eliminating spatial and temporal restraint on service.

The third feature is integrated human-AI real estate consultation. Clients can automatically receive notifications of price reductions and can utilise features such as mortgage payment calculation provided by i-Assistant without additional software or web searches. If clients are interested in a property and want to schedule an in-person viewing or have further questions during the property searching, real estate agents can quickly respond, arranging the property viewing or providing professional suggestions.

Regarding the automation of primary customer service, i-Assistant provides consumers with 24/7 AI property-searching services, enabling real estate agents to automatically assist clients. This not only enhances the service capabilities of real estate agents, expands business opportunities, and delivers personalised real estate consultation services, but also significantly improves the work-life balance of agents. This addresses the issue of agents in Taiwan often working long hours and being on-call to accommodate clients’ needs.

Since the introduction of the solution, i-Assistant has assisted agents in improving the property viewing rate for dormant clients by 15%. Its precise AI system matching has also increased property online views and searches by three million.

YungChing Realty Group took home the Taiwan Technology Excellence Award in the PropTech – Real Estate category in the prestigious awards programme.
