Through her passion for acting, Rosalie Chiang is bringing Asian American coming-of-age stories to the screen. The second-year communication student is best known for voicing the lead role of Meilin Lee in Pixar’s 2022 animated film, “Turning Red,” as well as the voice of Chika Amabe in the Japanese fantasy adventure film “Suzume” and Suzy Nakamura in the Disney+ series “American Born Chinese.” At UCLA, Chiang continues to pursue acting alongside her studies in communication.
