Asian American Foundation Leases Space with GFP in Chelsea

    Published on

GFP Real Estate, LLC said nonprofit organization The Asian American Foundation (TAAF) has signed a new four-year lease for 6,750 square feet on the 18th floor of 322 Eighth Ave. in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. Allen Gurevich of GFP represented ownership, while colleague Matthew Colavita represented the tenant.

TAAF is expected to move into its new space next month following the completion of the firm’s new general and executive offices. The space was previously occupied by Entech Media.

“TAAF is a fantastic organization doing important work, and we’re thrilled they recognized the benefits of being a tenant at 322 Eighth Ave.,” said Gurevich. “As the largest landlord of nonprofits in New York City, GFP is committed to providing mission-driven organizations with high-quality, well-located office space that supports their growth and impact.”

Built in 1925 and designed by architects George and Edward Blum, 322 Eighth Ave. is a 21-story, 185,000-square-foot office building.  In recent years, the building’s entrance and façade were completely remodeled.
