Thai hospital group recognised for sustainable, innovative marketing strategies.

Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group has been named “Asia’s Marketing Company of the Year 2024” at the Asia Marketing Excellence Awards, hosted by the Asia Marketing Federation (AMF) in the Philippines on November 8, 2024. This accolade highlights the group’s role in advancing Thailand’s healthcare standards through sustainable and innovative marketing, making it the first Thai hospital to achieve this recognition.

The award was received by Mr Supakorn Phawanna, Marketing Executive Director; Ms Wanida Setthasawet, Corporate Brand Marketing & Public Relations Director; and Ms Supapron Ngerndee, Business Strategy & Special Projects Manager, who represented Phyathai-Paolo at the awards ceremony. Their efforts underscore a commitment to sustainable health development across Asia, integrating technology and innovation to enhance patients’ quality of life.

Phyathai-Paolo Hospital Group’s comprehensive approach covers the entire customer health journey, offering services from prevention to rehabilitation. Notable innovations include AI-driven EKG technology for accurate heart rhythm analysis, Never Pressure Injuries (NPI) mattresses for enhanced patient comfort, and the evolving Health Up app, which supports online and offline health services, including doctor appointments and telecare consultations.

The AMF’s recognition also brings Thailand back into the spotlight in Asia’s healthcare awards after a seven-year absence. An upcoming feature in the AMF’s journal will further share the group’s marketing achievements, providing insights for global healthcare marketers.

Phyathai-Paolo’s strategy not only drives healthcare innovation but also embodies a model for sustainable, high-quality healthcare in Asia. Looking forward, the group aims to solidify Thailand’s reputation as a hub for world-class health services, enriching the quality of life for Thai people and inspiring healthcare providers across the continent to pursue excellence in patient care.
