In recent years, Vietnamese cinema has shown many positive signs, with around 40 to 50 films released in theatres each year, several of which have surpassed the milestone of 100 billion VND in revenue. However, behind this growth lies a serious shortage of professionally trained, creatively oriented personnel within the young generation who can contribute to elevating national cinema.
