    Pricewaterhouse Sued for Bias Against Asian-American Female

    A 55-year-old Asian-American woman, who formerly worked as a principal for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, sued the company in federal court, claiming the company discriminated against her because of her age, race, and gender during her almost five years of employment.

    Harvard-educated Nina Owens started working at PwC in 2019. But despite high praise from clients and bringing in revenue that significantly exceeded her targets, PwC forced her “from the firm, a day before her five-year anniversary that would have afforded her greater job protection and full vesting of her 401(k) account,” Owens said in her complaint filed Monday in the …
