Stanley has partnered with Asian American illustrator Stevie Shao to make a tumbler that represents her art.
The Stevie Shao 40-ounce Quencher H2.0 FlowState tumbler is $45. The illustration on the cup is titled “Black Garden.” In addition to her illustration work, Shao, a Seattle native, is also muralist and daughter of Chinese immigrants, Stanley says.
“Inspired by the mysticism of earthly connections, her vibrant art invites viewers into an alternate universe to experience folklore and nature from her childhood,” Stanley says.
The tumbler is made with recycled stainless steel and features the garden motif and special logo design. The lid rotates to three positions: An opening for the clear blue straw, one for sipping and a full-cover top.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Stanley cup without the famous double-wall vacuum insulation which keeps water ice-cold for hours.
