US Stock Market Live: Futures on Wall Street are exercising a cautious tone after falling off the highs of the session on Thursday. The caution also comes after results from Apple and Amazon, which were in contrast to their other big tech peers, Meta and Microsoft. While Meta and Microsoft remained defiant amidst the tariff uncertainties, Apple has warned of increased costs during the quarter, while Amazon said it is bracing for a tougher business climate. Futures on the Dow Jones are trading below the flat line, as are those of the S&P 500. The Nasdaq futures are trading with losses between 60 to 100 points as shares of both Apple and Amazon fell up to 4% in extended trading. All eyes later today will be on the jobs report for the month of April. The US Dollar is back above the mark of 100 after two weeks, while Gold fell to as low as $3,220 after sentiment turned risk-on for a bit.
