Bold ideas are rewriting the rules of business across Asia. To spotlight the organisations behind them, the Asian Innovation Excellence Awards 2026 has returned for its second year, honouring measurable impact through transformative products, services, technologies, and strategies.

The awards programme recognises companies, institutions, and innovators in Asia that have empowered industries with their groundbreaking initiatives, technologies, products, services, and strategies. It continues to spotlight customer engagement, operational transformation, sustainability, workplace innovation, and next-generation technologies that are pushing boundaries and creating lasting business and societal value.

The previous edition of the awards programme gathered some of Asia’s most innovative organisations. Amongst them was Manulife Japan, which took home three accolades: Japan Brand Innovation of the Year – Insurance Broker, Japan Customer-Centric Innovation of the Year – Life Insurance, and Japan Distribution Innovation of the Year – Life Insurance.

“Winning across brand, human-centred design, and AI is a powerful affirmation to innovation with purpose. These awards reflect our dedication to transforming customer experiences in ways that are technologically advanced yet deeply empathic,” said Thomas Janssens, Head of AI, Manulife Japan.

Companies with standout innovations in areas such as product and service innovation, customer experience, marketing, business model transformation, operational excellence, sustainability, workplace transformation, and technology innovation are encouraged to participate. 

The programme officially opens nominations from organisations across all sectors on 8 June 2026 and will close on 28 August 2026. Winning companies will be celebrated at the awards dinner in Singapore on 20 October 2026.
