Comarch E-Invoicing won Thailand Technology Excellence Award for RegTech – Trade Technology in the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2026. The company secured the win for its cloud-based platform that automates invoice and trade document lifecycles whilst ensuring tax compliance across global markets.

Designed as a universal automation layer, the platform integrates directly with enterprise resource planning systems, government clearance platforms, and decentralised exchange networks such as Peppol. This architecture eliminates the need for custom integrations as regional e-invoicing mandates take effect across Southeast Asia, including Thailand’s e-Tax requirements.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to validate and enrich documents in real time. When government portals return non-compliant invoices, the system automatically generates corrected technical copies whilst preserving original legal documents. Autonomous software agents also operate within support workflows, handling document classification, extraction, and routing without human intervention. These automated processes reduced manual service desk workloads by up to a quarter.

As a certified Peppol Access Point, the system ensures interoperability across exchange networks mandated by trade regulators. Comarch E-Invoicing processes over 300 million documents annually across more than 60 countries. In Thailand, the company manages digital tax invoices and receipts for Toyota Boshoku Asia in accordance with Revenue Department rules. Production capabilities for new government mandates deploy in under three months, covering validation, clearance, and archiving natively.

Future platform developments include natural language processing tools to allow finance teams to query document statuses directly.
